A 3x larger market is hiding in plain sight.
Competitors compete for the 22% who can afford traditional retainers. We'll show you how to build a thriving practice on the 78%.
Meet the attorney already serving the 78%.
Most of Candace's clients could not have hired her under the traditional model. They pay on plans. They get the help they need. And she's built a thriving practice.
None of it required a bigger marketing budget, a flashier office, or a different kind of law. It required a different kind of math.
Want a practice like Candace's?
Candace isn't the only one.
"Within the first 20 clients I spoke with, my firm generated revenue approaching six figures."
— Sarah Stewart
"There've been times I had to ask them to slow down."
— Tarik Davist
Tell us about your practice. We'll tell you if this works for it.
Serving the 78% only works if they're ready to hire.
Most of the 78% have never paid a retainer. They don't know what one costs. They've never been told that the consultation isn't where the work begins.
Someone has to.
Our intake does. Every prospective client hears the price range, sees the payment plan, and tells us whether they're ready. The ones who say yes are matched, transferred, or applied to your case load. You spend your time on people who can actually hire you.
That's what a Conversation-Verified Client™ is.

What you might still be wondering.
What does it cost to work with Access Legal?
There’s no setup fee or long-term contract, and you only pay for each of the Conversation-Verified Clients™ we send you. During the call with our team, we’ll walk through the pricing for your market and practice area, so you see the numbers before committing to anything.
What stays consistent: you don't pre-pay for leads. You're billed every 15 days for what you used. No long-term commitment, no monthly minimum.
If you want specific numbers for your practice area, that's the first thing we'll cover on the call.
What if it doesn't work for me?
You don't pay.
The 20-Lead Guarantee means if the value of cases you retain from your first 20 leads doesn't meet or exceed what you spent on those leads, you owe nothing. We refund the difference, or we never bill you in the first place.
The catch: you have to actually use the leads. Two check-ins with your Success Attorney, real follow-up on every lead, the works. We're not betting on luck — we're betting on the model.
What's the commitment?
No contract. No monthly minimum. No hidden fees.
You pay for the prospects we send. You can cancel any time by phone with three business days' notice. We don't make you sign anything you'd need a lawyer to read — which would be ironic.
What practice areas do you cover?
Practice areas: Family, Criminal Defense, DUI, Traffic, Immigration, Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship, Bankruptcy, Landlord, Tenant, Real Estate.
How much volume can I expect?
The volume of Conversation-Verified Clients™ you receive is completely customizable. You can tell us you want to receive a few a day, or a few a week. The availability of clients will depend on your practice area, the regions you serve and how many other attorneys we work with in that area. During your initial call with our team, we’ll give you a good idea of the client volume that’s available, and your Success Attorney will help you fine-tune it over time to align with your goals.
Niche practice areas or sparsely populated regions take longer because we're waiting for the right client to come in.
Whether a lead becomes a client depends on you — your contact speed, your consultation, your offer.
Most attorneys retain their first client within their first 5-10 leads.
Your Success Attorney is there for that part — the conversion percentage is where most attorneys leave money on the table.
How is this different from other client generation services?
Three differences, in order of importance:
One — the clients are different. Other services compete for the same clients shopping five attorneys at once.
We open up the market most firms ignore — people who can absolutely pay, just not $5,000 upfront.
Less competition, higher conversion, loyal clients once you earn them.
Two — the model is different. Other services sell ad placements or directory listings. We send you actual qualified inquiries with the price expectation already set.
Three — the partnership is different. No other lead service pairs you with a Success Attorney who's built the kind of practice you're trying to build.
That part isn't extra. It's how this works.
Most attorneys we talk to end up with us. Some don't. The thirty minutes we're asking for is for both outcomes — the one where this fits, and the one where it doesn't.
We'll look at your practice, your goals, and what you've tried. If it's a yes, we'll tell you what your first ninety days look like. If it's a no, we'll tell you why and point you toward whatever does fit, even if that's nothing we offer.
That's the call. Thirty minutes. No pressure.
