Jenn Johnson is Co-Director of Education at Access Legal and a member of the Success Team, where she works alongside attorneys to build practices that are both sustainable and truly serve their clients. Based in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, she is also the founder of Civil Solutions, LLC and brings more than two decades of experience across family law, estate planning and probate, and complex civil litigation.
After earning her J.D. from the University of Louisville, Jennifer spent 24 years in private practice helping individuals and families navigate some of life’s most important—and often most difficult—moments. Over time, her work naturally evolved toward more collaborative, solution-focused approaches that prioritize clarity, dignity, and long-term outcomes for clients.
She is a trained mediator and a graduate of Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation, and she has been a strong advocate for Collaborative Law. During her term as President of the Mississippi Bar, she helped lead the adoption of Collaborative Law in Mississippi—reflecting her belief that how we practice law matters just as much as what we achieve.
At Access Legal, Jennifer is passionate about helping attorneys grow practices that work—financially, professionally, and personally—while expanding access to legal services for people who need them most.
