Professional Background & Experience
Jack brings 12+ years of experience in high-stakes litigation, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset forged through running a law practice and other businesses.
After serving as a law clerk for a judge, he opened his practice (felony criminal defense and plaintiffs-side personal injury) and represented clients throughout the state of West Virginia.
As a lifelong adrenaline junkie, Jack has won multiple jury trials – ranging from drug trafficking to murder – and has been interviewed by CNN, the BBC, and other international media regarding civil matters.
He moved to Colorado just before the Pandemic and spent that time happily hiking and exploring in the mountains. Jack also started a short-term rental business in Florida, then sold it and moved to Latin America.
Before law school, Jack lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he grew a small rat tail to assimilate, played basketball for his university, and was inspired by locals to become fluent in Spanish..
Jack now lives in Medellín, Colombia (for the past three years) with his 90-pound German Shepherd, Ward Ernesto.
